How can you afford to offer everyone you work with a free domain and hosting? Also, what do you mean by "works with you"?

"You would be responsible for domain" as in the person would be responsible for buying the domain. You can get domains for free(tk, ga, ml, cq) but seo wise they would hurt you. A lot of registrars offer TLDs for less than $2 for the first year.
Hosting I will provide(free), and I can do this because I am a hosting(web/game servers) provider.
I will build the website(free) too.
What I meant by works with me is artist gives me a free commission in return, and/or we do a collaboration together.
Offer isn't going to last long as I intend to write a full commission page projecting all the services I can offer Newgrounders, YouTubers, and pretty much everyone on earth.
